International Shipping

Import duties,taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.These charges are the buyers responsibility.

Shipping Time

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times are up to 5 days.Please allow additional time for outside metropolitan areas.The delivery times provided are only an estimate and will not be liable for loss or damage suffered by the delay in delivery.Orders are subject to availability.

RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges where product has not been worn or altered from original packaging.Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.You must indicate your intention to exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.We must receive the products within 14 days of delivery.Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product. You will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can only be exchanged if the goods are in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange. We do not cover the return shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return exchange shipping and handling costs.We will send out the new pair of shoes free of charge. Please email  if you would like to exchange a product.
